Petition filed under Section 151 of C.P.C., to modify that the order passed in the above CRP(MD)No.1148/2016 dated 19.09.2016, that to permit the respondent to see the Petitioner's minor son from 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m on the first week of Sunday, every month, instead of 10.00.a.m. to 12.30 p.m. every Sunday before the Meenakshi Amman Temple, Madurai and allow the same. This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in IA.No.128/2016 in HMOP.No.40/2015 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai dated 18.04.2016 and allow the Civil Revision Petition and thus render justice.
