ORDER

These writ petitions have been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide necessary protection to the petitioners to carry out their business of drawing and selling water from their field at Survey Nos.714/2 and 973/1J Rajapathy Village, Thiruchendur Taluk, Tuticorin District in consideration of the petitioners' representation, dated 29.09.2012.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners themselves have stated that they are not having any interference or disturbance from the fourth respondent while taking water. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as of now, there is no disturbance and they are taking water peacefully. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, these petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
