ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection for his life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of his representation on 06.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is suffice to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2015, as the petitioner has already obtained a decree.

4. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2015 and take appropriate action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
