This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register a criminal case against the accused, based on the complaint dated 08.04.2015 preferred by the petitioner and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner and the petitioner is not co-operating with the investigation.

3. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
