ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks consideration of his representation, dated 06.08.2018 submitted to the first respondent herein.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he had obtained a decree on 07.10.2002 in O.S.No.172 of 2001 on the file of the District Munsif, Manapparai, in respect of the property in question. He seeks measurement of her land and survey. It appears that there is a rival claim in the matter. 3.Therefore, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 06.08.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law after issuing notice to the interested parties. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
