Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner applied both manually and through online for issuance of EWS Certificate and that she has made such an application is not in doubt. In fact she has been knocking the doors of the third respondent for the last several months and it appears that the petitioner is wholly in need of such certificate before 20th of this month, as she has to take part in a test under the Central Government.

3. The third respondent is directed to hold an enquiry and issue certificate to the petitioner, if she is entitled to. The learned Additional Government Pleader is directed to communicate this to the third respondent and also direct him to proceed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

4. This writ petition stands disposed of on these terms. No costs.
