This Writ Petition is filed as against the Award of Labour Court, Tirunelveli in I.D.No.67 of 2006. The Writ Petitioner is the Management.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the second respondent/workman, during the pendency of the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.254 of 2011 petition, has entered into a settlement with the Management under Section 18(1) of Industrial Dispute Act. The learned Counsel for the second respondent has also accepted that there is a settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Dispute Act, that has been entered into between the second respondent and Management. 3.Since the second respondent has signed the settlement referring to the pendency of the writ petition, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be closed, as no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
