ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to alter the Sections from 323, 324 I.P.C. to 307 I.P.C. In Crime No.41 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was in ICU for two months struggling for her life and therefore, the alleged offence under Section 307 I.P.C. out to have been included.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that they have awaited for wound certificate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the wound certificate will be given by the petitioner within a period of one week.

6.The said statement is recorded.

7.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to get the wound certificate from the hospital and take appropriate action apart from the certificate given by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

8.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
