ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the bailable warrant on the basis of the order dated 24.08.2018 of Learned Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai in S.T.C.No.240/2018 within the stipulated time.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that bailable warrant was served on the petitioner on 08.08.2019 and he has received a copy and he has also given a written undertaking agreeing to appear before the Court. He would also submit that bailable warrant has been duly served on the accused.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
