For Petitioner : Mr.G.S.Asok Adhithyan For R1 : Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar Government Advocate (crl.) in both Crl.O.Ps COMMON ORDER The petitioner is the complainant in S.T.C.No.194 of 2013 and S.T.C.No.378 of 2013. Though non bailable warrant have been issued in these cases, the first respondent is yet to execute the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) states that within a period of four weeks, the first respondent would definitely endeavour to execute the non bailable warrant issued against the accused.

3. Recording the said submission, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
