Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1533 of 2019 on 22.11.2018. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
