2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the case in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5634 of 2015, after completing the investigation, was closed on 26.11.2016 as mistake of fact. Hence, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous.
