The writ petition has been filed challenging an order, dated 1/3

31.12.2010, under which the shop standing in the name of the writ petitioner was transferred in the name of the second respondent herein by an order of the first respondent.

2.Pending writ petition, the order impugned in the writ petition has been recalled by the Corporation and an order, dated 24.06.2015, has been passed under which the second respondent was directed to hand over the possession of the writ petitioner. In view of the subsequent order, dated 24.06.2015, the present writ petition has become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
