ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have already laid the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, on 23.12.2022.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to process the final report as per rule. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
