Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SURIYA NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioners filed this petition for extending the time to surrender as well as to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 766 of 2019, dated 21.01.2019.

produce the surety in time and hence, he would pray for extending the period of time.
