ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 6 and 7 in Pappakulam, which is situated in S.F.No.230 of Thirunallur Village, Iluppur Taluk, Pudukkottai District and consequently, direct the respondents 2

and 4 to disconnect the electricity connection of well situated in Pappankulam Tank in Thirunallur Village dug by the respondents 6 and 7 by considering petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that the encroachment stated in the present Writ Petition has already been removed. Such statement is also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
