A perusal of the impugned order reveals that since the headmaster of the Government High School, Thirunalur (South) had been transferred, the petitioner as a senior most B.T.Assiatant Teacher was given full additional charge as a Headmaster. However, due to some dispute, the present impugned order has been passed removing the petitioner from full additional charge of Headmaster and appointing one Smt.K.Santhi as the Headmaster in-charge of the said School. The said Santhi is Headmaster of near by school namely, Government High School, Pallathividuthi.

3. The order of removing the petitioner from full additional charge will not affect any of the service benefits of the writ petitioner. That apart, none of the juniors of the writ petitioner have been given full additional charge as a 2/4
