Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, would submit that the alleged occurrence has been taken place in Tirumangalam Taluk and the same has come under the limit of Tirumangalam Police Station.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this court is inclined to direct the second respondent to transfer the entire papers for proper and expedite investigation to Tirumangalam Police Station within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter the investigation could be completed within four weeks by the Inspector of Police, Tirumangalam Police Station, Madurai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
