ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2018.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The same is recorded.
4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the
respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
