ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Writ Petition was filed to seek a direction against the third respondent to take action against the seventh respondent for misappropriation of public fund.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that enquiry was initiated in the year 2020 itself and is pending.

3. In view of the above, we dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry without further delay because a period of two years had already passed. The enquiry may be completed as per the provisions of law at the earliest but in any case not later than a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
