This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.3364 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD) No.207 of 2021, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court once in a week, on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m, pending the appeal. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 1/3
