The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus forbearing the District Revenue Officer from in any manner disposing of the revision filed by the fourth respondent herein without affording sufficient opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner.

2. This writ petition has been filed on 01.10.2012. However, the first respondent seems to have passed an order on 28.09.2012 itself. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. 2/4
