ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This matter is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of this Court.

2.This Court, while granting the order on 23.01.2015, has directed the petitioner to execute the sureties to the satisfaction of the "learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai, Thanjavur District", instead of "learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District". The order has to be read as follows:

"The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 I.P.C. in Crime No.330 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there are totally two accused in this case and the petitioner is arrayed as A.1 and on account of previous enmity, A.1 and his wife A.2 came to the house of the defacto complainant and abused them with filthy words and A.1 attacked the defacto complainant with wooden log on the left side of her head and A.2 pushed her and consequently, she sustained injuries. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was enlarged on anticipatory bail by order of this Court dated 30.12.2014 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23768 of 2014 and on account of the illness, she was not in a position to execute the sureties and therefore, came forward to file this petition. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.

Side) would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and that the investigation is being conducted. 5.This Court, taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District and on executing a personal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a day daily at 10.30a.m. and 05.30p.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section Cr.P.C.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed."
