RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.22492 of 2018 dated 07.01.2019 in Cr.No.49 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P(MD)No.

22492 of 2018, dated 07.01.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P(MD)No.22492 of 2018, dated 07.01.2019, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P(MD)No.22492 of 2018, dated 07.01.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
