For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To extend the time for compliance of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10887/2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.15354/2019 on 24.10.2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 24.10.2019. He did not furnish the sureties within the time stipulated. He filed Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10887 of 2019 seeking extension of time. It was allowed on 11.12.2019. Again the petitioner had not complied with the deadline regarding surrender and execution of sureties. Hence, the second application has been taken out.

2.The petitioner cannot be taking out such successive application. The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner would definitely adhere to the time limit that may be imposed by this Court.

CRL MP(MD). No.271 of 2020 3.Recording the said submission, the petitioner is granted two more weeks from the date of receipt of this order copy for surrender and execution of sureties on payment of a sum of Rs.2,000/- payable to the District Legal Service Authority, Madurai. This petition is allowed on these terms.
