Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The writ petitioner has filed an application for transfer of name in the patta before the third respondent. According to him, the property was originally stood in the name of his father and thereafter in the name of his family members. Without notice to the petitioner, it was transferred in the name of the fourth respondent. The third respondent directed the petitioner to appear before him for enquiry on 31.10.2017. The petitioner has also appeared before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the third respondent and participated in the enquiry. It appears that the third respondent has not passed any orders. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the matter by way of this writ petition.
4. Admittedly, the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6525/2017/E2, dated 20.10.2017 has issued a notice for enquiry. In that event, it is incumbent on him to complete the enquiry and pass orders in the matter.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the third respondent to complete the enquiry by hearing all the parties concerned and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
