Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22370 of 2018, dated 19.12.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22370 of 2018 on 19.12.2019 regularly and he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22370 of 2018 on 19.12.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
