This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.260 of Police, on the file of the 1st Respondent Police and quash all the further proceedings as against these petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai by way of e-filing in No.LTN20220002001C202600013 on 20.01.2026. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
