W.P(MD)No.2763/2011 2.The order of the District Collector, dated 24.01.2011 states that Thiru.P.Maruthamuthu is to be appointed as Panchayat Assistant and accordingly, the said order was communicated to the President of the Panchayat Union. The President Panchayat Union filed the present writ petition challenging the said order. In view of the fact that the President is not functioning as of now and the Special Officer is appointed, no further adjudication is to be entertained in respect of the claim set out in the present writ petition. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
