This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime No.448 of 2015, dated 30.05.2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tuticorin South Police Station, Tuticorin and quash all further proceedings. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is almost over.
