RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 812 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Petition against the conviction and sentence imposed by the Principal Sessions Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Crl.A.No.121 of 2010 on 01.09.2016 in confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District in C.C.No.75 of 2008 on 25.10.2010. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JOTHI BASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON,Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has no serious objections.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in affidavit filed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered with cost of Rs.1,000/-.

3.The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry) on or before 06.03.2019.
