Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the petitioner interest at the rate of 18 percentage per annum for the period of delay from 01.05.18 to 22.09.19 in paying the amounts paid towards the terminal benefits of the petitioner namely EPF Employees Contribution, Gratuity, Encashment of Earned Leaves and Commutated Value of Pension, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honble Court and without affecting his right to claim balance amounts towards those benefits.

2. Thus, the contempt petition stands closed. If at all any other grievances exist in respect of the calculation or otherwise made by the respondents, it is left open to him to approach the competent authorities for verification or rectification as the case may be.
