Alleging that the encroachment ordered to be removed not complied, the contempt petition is filed. The matter was kept under consideration for the past two years.

2. It is reported by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the encroachment been removed, warning board has been fixed and the stones demarcating the boundaries are laid today.
