The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order initiated by the District Collector under Section 205 of Tamil Nadu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.13155 of 2012 Panchayat Act and consequential notice issued by the Tahsildar for a meeting of the Panchayat are under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2.The petitioner's tenure is already over and nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
