The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents-1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner as well as the petitioner's Sunrise BioTech Company situating in Udayarkulam, Arel Taluk, Thoothukudi District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.11.2019 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has sent a complaint to the respondent police which has been received by the police and the same has been registered in N.Dis.127/2019.
