2. There has been a progressive compliance of the order passed by this Court. Two installments have already been settled. Three more installments remain to be paid. The learned Standing counsel for the Municipality states that if there is any default, contempt petition can always be reopened based on the mentioning to be made by the petitioner's counsel.
