Expressing misgivings regarding the manner of investigation in Crime No.574 of 2021, the defacto complainant has come forward with this petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that a positive final report is going to be filed against the named accused in this case.

3. Since such a categorical statement has been made by the respondents, there is no need to order any transfer of investigation. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
