Seeking a direction to quash the case in M.C.No.12/2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the records.
3. The proceedings are summary in nature and the object of the enactment is to give speedy relief to the victim. The matter is pending for more than two years. The submissions made are on facts which cannot be covered to this proceedings. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur is directed to dispose of M.C.No.12/2012 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
