ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to execute the warrant issued against her husband in Cr.M.P.No.123 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai dated 01.09.2018 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said warrant was issued in pursuant to the order passed in M.C.No.29 of 2017 dated 14.03.2018 for non-compliance of the maintenance ordered against the petitioner's husband. However, her husband, namely, Jaisankar, recalled a bailable warrant as early as on 06.01.2021 itself before the concerned Court. Therefore, no directions are required in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
