Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.20826 of 2025 dated 20.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for forty two days regularly. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

4. Considering the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.20826 of 2025 dated 20.11.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
