RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.215 of 2019 vide order dated 08/01/2019 in regard to the Crime No.16 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.JEGAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent,the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.215 of 2019, dated 08.01.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.215 of 2019 on 08.01.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.215 of 2019 on 08.01.2019 is relaxed.
