Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 2.The petitioner challenges the final report filed by the first respondent. It is seen that in the statements recorded under Section 161 of CrPC, specific overt acts have been attributed to the petitioner also. Of course, whether they would amount to the offence under Section 307 of IPC or not is for the Court framing the charges to take the call. At this stage, it is too premature to examine them.
