Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.J.CHARLES ANTONY SHEPHEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22163 of 2018 on 03.01.2019. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
