O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the frequent adjournment in HMOP.No.471 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. Report is called for from the trial Court, which is 1/4

extracted hereunder:

" I humbly submit that the case HMOP.No.471 of 2022 was referred to mediation on 09.02.2023. I submit that on verification of records it is known that the staff concerned has not sent the referral order to mediation centre, and the case has been adjourned for awaiting for mediation report on and now posted on 20.04.2024. I submit that the neither the parties nor the advocates informed the Court about the non communication of referral order. I humbly submit that, now the referral order has been sent to the mediation centre with instruction to the parties to appear before mediation centre on 21.02.2024. I whole heartedly regret for the inconvenience caused to the parties of the petition. Necessary action against the concerned staff has been initiated."

2. In view of the above said report, let the mediation process be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After receiving the report from the Mediation Centre, the trial Court is directed to proceed with the case in HMOP.No.471 of 2022 in accordance with law. No costs.
