This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
