This petitioner has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.204 of 2019 dated 28.08.2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Alwarkurichi Police Station, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District as against the petitioner herein.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.204 of 2019 and also filed Charge Sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudaram, on 19.09.2019 and pending for taking cognizance.
