Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, pleased to set aside the Judgment and Decree passed in AS.No.28 of 2013 on 27.2.2015 on the file of IVth Additional District Court, Tirunelveli confirming the Decree and Judgment passed in O.S.No.9 of 2010 on the file of Sub Court, Ambasamuthiram dated 03.12.2012 and allow this second appeal.

CMP(MD) No.712 of 2021 petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner seeks return of documents, which were marked as Ex.B10, ExB11 and ExB14 in the suit in O.S.No.9 of 2010. The return of documents is sought on the ground that they are required for effecting transfer of permit with the Regional Transport Authority. The petitioner has filed certified copies of those documents, which are to be substituted.

2.Considering the reasonableness and request, this petition is ordered.
