PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, to direct the first and second respondents to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.983 of 2018 from the file of the fifth respondent to any other competent police officer for conducting investigation and to file final report before the competent court in accordance with within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.983 of 2018 from the file of the fifth respondent to any other competent police officer for conducting investigation and to file final report before the competent court in accordance with law.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.983 of 2018 is over and final report has also been filed in CC.No.425 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate VI, Madurai.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
