RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.(MD) NO.5365 of 2018 in Crl.A. (MD) NO.305 of 2018 dated on 31/07/2018 while granting suspend the sentence and bail to the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for extension of time to comply with the order passed in Crl.MP(MD)No.5365 of 2018 in Crl.A (MD)No.305 of 2018, dated 31.07.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is confined as convict prisoner in Palaiyankottai Central Prison, he did not able to produce the sureties before the concerned court within the time as stipulated by this court and now, sureties are available and he is ready to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side)has no objection for allowing this petition.
