CRIME NO.246/2014 ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suitably modify the condition made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1942 of 2019 dated 07/02/2019 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1942 of 2019, dated 07.02.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that as per the direction of this Court order dated 07.02.2019, the

petitioners went to the office of the Commissioner of Police, Tirunelveli District to deposit the amount. They were informed that the respondent police station comes under the control of Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli. Hence, the petitioners pray for modification of the condition.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side). 4.Considering submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum Rs.20,000/- to the Superintendent of Police, Office of the Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli District.
